About
Businesses which have reimagined the customer experience and/or consistently displayed excellent customer service in innovative ways to meet changing consumer needs.
Eligibility & Assessment Criteria
Gleaned insights into evolving customer behaviours and needs and transformed & adapted/implemented processes and operations arising from these insights.
Incorporated innovative initiatives to enhance product offering, and/or visitor experience. This can also be done through cross-sector collaborations.
Establishments should nominate themselves under their own industry category e.g. If a hotel is submitting the nomination, they should apply under outstanding hotel experience.
Outstanding Retail Experience
About
The Outstanding Retail Experience award recognises a retail outlet or shopping mall that offers a compelling, differentiated, and/or innovative experience for customers.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to all shopping malls or licensed retail establishments in operation in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Dining Experience
About
The Outstanding Dining Experience award recognises a dining establishment that provides customers with a memorable experience through their concept, ambience, service delivery and quality of food.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to all licensed dining establishments in operation in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Attraction Experience
About
The Outstanding Attraction Experience award recognises an attraction that has won the hearts of international visitors and emerged as local landmarks for Singaporeans.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to all operating attractions in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Tour Experience
About
The Outstanding Tour Experience award recognises quality tours that provide an authentic Singapore experience through compelling and engaging storytelling, accompanied by immersive and interactive elements to elevate the experience.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to all tours that have been in operation during the calendar year of 2024-2025, and are still being conducted regularly.
Nominated tours should showcase well-crafted narratives with compelling content curation to deliver exceptional tour experience.
Tours must display high standards of customer safety and hygiene.
Tours submitted by travel agencies and tour operators must be conducted by a licensed tourist guide.
Shortlisted nominees may be required to prepare additional information and/or open additional slots for trial experiences of the tours.
Note: Only complete nomination entries will be accepted.
Outstanding Hotel Experience
About
The Outstanding Hotel Experience award recognises a hotel that integrates a compelling concept, exceptional service, comforting amenities and unique experiences to deliver a memorable stay for guests.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to all gazetted hotels in operation in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Nightspot Experience
About
The Outstanding Nightspot Experience award recognises a Nightspot venue (e.g. clubs, cocktail bars) that offers a compelling and differentiated experience for customers.
Eligibility & Assessment Criteria
This award is open to all licensed nightspot establishments in operation in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Wellness Experience
About
The Outstanding Wellness Experience award recognises businesses that have developed innovative and differentiated wellness products/experiences which meet changing consumer needs for holistic wellness.
Eligibility & Assessment Criteria
This award is open to all licensed establishments in operation in the calendar year of 2024-2025. The business must fall under any of the 4 categories of Wellness:
Fitness and Lifestyle
(e.g. Big box gyms, Boutique fitness studios, Health & Nutritious Dining, etc.)Emotional and Mental Wellness
(e.g. Meditation & Mindfulness Programmes, Sleep Science, Float Therapy, Wellness Tech, Art Jamming & Craft Workshops, etc.)Complementary Health and Alternative Therapies
(e.g. Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Jamu, Body Works, Cryotherapy, etc.)Wellness Resorts and Facilities
(e.g. Wellness-centric Hotels, Retreats, Integrated Wellness Centres, Medspas, Dayspas, etc.)
Outstanding Leisure Event
About
The Outstanding Leisure Event award recognises a leisure event with world-class, differentiated experiences that addresses the needs of attendees, creates significant commercial impact and drives visitors to Singapore. The event is able to demonstrate how it strengthens destination branding, establishing Singapore as a vibrant city and leading travel destination.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to any leisure event held in Singapore in the calendar year of 2024-2025. These may be one-off or recurring events.
Businesses must have incorporated sustainable practices in their day-to-day operations and products/services.
Shortlisted nominees may be required to prepare additional information and/or present their entry to a panel of judges.
MICE
About
Businesses which have reimagined the customer experience and/or consistently displayed excellent customer service in innovative ways to meet changing consumer needs.
Eligibility & Assessment Criteria
Demonstrated ability to transform its operations/processes to adapt to new challenges and consumer needs.
Demonstrated ability to reimagine its product offerings to enhance the visitors’ experience and event outcomes.
Incorporated corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental sustainability initiatives relevant to the respective events/venues.
*Establishments should nominate themselves under their own sector category e.g. If a hotel is submitting the nomination, they should apply under outstanding event venue experience.
Outstanding Event Venue Experience
About
The Outstanding Event Venue Experience award recognises a business event venue that has elevated the standards of world-class MICE facilities in Singapore.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to any venue in Singapore that has hosted business events in Singapore in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Event Organiser
About
The Outstanding Event Organiser award recognises an organiser that has demonstrated excellence in organising and delivering quality business events.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to any professional event organisers that have held business events in Singapore in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
Outstanding Business Event
About
The Outstanding Business Event award recognises the event and its organisers that has demonstrated excellence in the MICE industry, and made a significant impact on the development of the business events industry in Singapore.
Award Eligibility
This award is open to any business event and its organisers who has provided strong support to the business event (in areas such as logistics, audio/visual support, booth design and construction, and marketing communications) in the calendar year of 2024-2025.
