Priming for the Return of International Travel – Plenary Session

Ms Eileen Lee, Deputy Director, Market Planning, Singapore Tourism Board, opens with a presentation on key market insights into the gradual recovery of international travel.

Following the presentation, Mr Chang Chee Pey, Assistant Chief Executive (International Group), Singapore Tourism Board, moderates a panel on the status of recovery of the aviation sector. Joining him on the panel are:

• Mr Lee Lik Hsin, Executive Vice President (Commercial), SIA Group

• Mr Lim Ching Kiat, Managing Director, Air Hub Development, Changi Airport Group

The panel also highlights the importance of continuous transformation, emphasising digitalisation and strategic partnerships to elevate customer experiences and operational efficiency as the sector transitions towards post-pandemic recovery.
