Tourism Industry Conference (TIC) 2023
As travel recovery gained momentum in 2023, it was an opportune time for Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to reimagine travel and reposition Quality Tourism to chart our way forward. We must seize new opportunities and continue to invest strategically in the tourism sector to fuel its next phase of growth.
We remain committed to collaborating closely with our partners strengthen Singapore’s appeal as a leading leisure and MICE destination while supporting manpower and capability development.

Presentation by Chief Executive, Singapore Tourism Board, Mr Keith Tan
Mr Keith Tan, Chief Executive of the Singapore Tourism Board, opens his presentation by highlighting Singapore’s tourism rebound in 2022 and outlining the roadmap for 2023 and beyond. He emphasises STB’s commitment to quality growth by redefining Singapore’s tourism landscape with innovative tourism concepts; reconnecting with audiences through compelling marketing strategy, and investing in skilled human capital. The presentation also shares his envision for Singapore as the world’s most attractive destination for visitors and the best home for locals.
Breakout Session: Market Sharing by Regions
With the reopening of borders and easing of restrictions, global travel intentions are healthy, and interest in Singapore remains strong across STB’s key source markets. STB’s regional offices share outbound tourism outlook from their respective markets and highlight opportunity areas where industry stakeholders can collaborate.
