How can companies upskill their employees to advance their tourism careers?
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) offers subsidies of at least 70% on SkillsFuture series courses covering a wide range of topics, including marketing, data analytics, and operations for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, which companies may send their employees to.
For courses that are not SSG-supported, companies may consider applying for the Training Industry Professionals in Tourism (TIP-iT) grant, which supports companies in employee upgrading and leadership development.
They may also participate in the Tourism Leadership Programme (TLP), which is designed to support the development of C-suite, business owners, and high-potential future leaders of the tourism sector.
