Opportunity to attend the 2025 China Congress of Association and Chamber of Commerce

STB Conventions, Meetings and Travel Incentives and Greater China Regional Office is looking to pursue and attract more business association events and conventions from the Asian region to Singapore. One of the key markets we have identified is China.

Objectives

  • Joint China Congress of Association and Chamber of Commerce (CCACC) event to network with Chinese association leaders and explore to bring their business events to Singapore. 

Details of the Promotion

Programme

  • Day 1 (20 March 2025, Thursday, 0830 – 2100)

    • 1400 – 1530 Singapore Breakout Session

      • (10 mins) Presentation : Singapore – World’s Best MICE City, by Dr Edward Koh, Executive Director, Conventions, Meetings and Incentive Travel

      • (80 mins) 1-1 Table Top Business Meetings and Networking

    • 1800 – 2030 STB sponsored Cocktail Dinner

    • 2030 – 2100 Closing Ceremony of CCACC

  • Day 2 (21 March 2025, Friday, 1000 to 1300)

    • (Tentative) Breakfast session with local chinese cap ambassador on accessing chinese association markets.

Costing

  1. Partners who are keen are to arrange their own flights and accommodation

  2. A fee of 500 SGD per company, payable to STB

  3. Request of sponsorship of lucky draw prizes for Singapore Cocktail Dinner (e.g. 2 night sponsored stay for site inspections, 5% discount of venue rental, attractions tickets etc.)

Others

  1. Representative is Chinese-speaking to cater for communication with the Chinese associations is preffered.
