As one of the first points of contact for many visitors, information desks and concierges play a vital role in shaping their Singapore experience.

We are seeking a community of passionate and empowered service providers to champion outstanding service delivery and innovative experiences for our visitors.

Programme Support

For interested tourism industry players, we offer the following support as part of the programme:

• Identifying your establishment as an STB-branded SVC across STB's marketing channels.

• Cross-selling of experiences among the SVC partners.

• Training on destination knowledge and tourism products through site visits and recommended courses.

• Utilising STB’s digital solutions to increase personalisation and effectiveness in service fulfilment.

  • One such platform is the Singapore Visitor Centre Lite iPad app, which allows users to independently access essential tourist information and tailored local recommendations. This can be a great addition to the concierge set-up.

Eligibility

We are seeking tourism industry players who are:

• Keen to partner STB in the exploration and delivery of innovative experiences for visitors that will deepen their affinity for Singapore.

• Committed to work with partners throughout the network for enhanced service delivery.

• Positioned to attract high visitor footfall.

On-boarding process

Interested tourism industry players will be on-boarded in phases across eight to 13 weeks. During the Agreement stage, STB will formalise the agreed level of commitment as a partner on the SVC network through the signing of an Agreement Letter.
